Yes! We have fully furnished units with all the fixin's. Just show up with your bedding, pillow, and suitcase and you're ready to rock and roll, or just flop down and take a nap. Up to you!

Yes! We can deliver our apartments totally unfurnished, super sleek, nothing to see here but white walls, beautiful floors, and big refreshing windows with ocean views (for the lucky ones!). 

Uh, your momma didn't teach you? We have these things called laundry machines. Pretty much all of our apartments have them. We'll give you a lesson on how to use them if you really need one. 

We have a bike storage room! It's super cool - just hang your bike up, lock it up to the metal rail to secure it and be on your way. There's a coded entry lock to the bike room and bikes are well protected, but our lawyer says we can't guarantee they won't get lifted, so use it at your own risk!

No. It's the best location. Seriously, the Outer Sunset, and in particular where The IRV is located, is such a great community it's hard to describe. It's in the city, but has a totally different vibe. It's a beach town with immediate access to all the amenities of a world-class city. We could go on and on, but you need to try it to understand. 

Yes, BUT only on the street. We couldn't add new housing and parking at the same time. It just doesn't work like that in SF. Good news is that there's adequate street parking, especially on Lincoln Ave, next to Golden Gate Park. So, park your car, hit the park and home is only 1.5 blocks away!

Four blocks to Ocean Beach's world class surf. Bring your boards and wetsuit. We'll keep the water warm for your post surf rinse back at The IRV.

Now that's a good question. There are all kinds of folks attracted to The IRV, but the one thing they all seem to have in common is a love for this part of the city. The Outer Sunset ain't for everyone, and frankly that's fine, but for those that appreciate the wide open ocean, Golden Gate Park, and chill beachy vibes, this is a slice of heaven. More specifically though, we've got med students, college interns, non-profit executives, business folk, bartenders, artists, and hopefully, maybe, you!
